1.  光學(xué)式管道液體傳感器的原理/ Principle of Optical Pipeline Liquid Sensor傳感器利用光電效應(yīng)和光的棱鏡的折射效應(yīng)進行檢測管道內(nèi)是否有液體的存在當管道內(nèi)沒有液體，傳感器的紅外發(fā)光源發(fā)出的光照射到棱鏡上，會進行反射光電二極管接受到紅外光，當管內(nèi)有液體時，不會發(fā)生反射現(xiàn)象。受光器件便不會發(fā)生阻值的變化，由電阻的改變從而引發(fā)電壓的改變，所以在MCU上檢測電壓的狀態(tài)便可以得出管內(nèi)有沒有水

Therefore, detecting the voltage status on the MCU can determine whether there is water inside the tube

2.  優(yōu)勢，此傳感器體積較小，安裝快捷，方便，在檢測過程中沒有一點機械運動過程，使用壽命長。客戶在使用此傳感器開發(fā)方便，只需一個ADC接口便可。

應(yīng)用鄰域  / Application
1.  洗地機/  Washing machine ：
檢測洗地機清水箱是否有水，給予用戶提示加水。檢測污水箱是否裝滿，給予用戶提示需要倒出污水

2.  飲品設(shè)備/  Beverage equipment ：
在出液設(shè)備前添加傳感器，若管道內(nèi)檢測不到液體，代表此時設(shè)備飲料已經(jīng)使用完了，給用戶提示添加材料
Add a sensor before the liquid dispensing device. If no liquid is detected in the pipeline, it means that the device's beverage has been used up and prompts the user to add materials
3.  咖啡機/  Coffee machine ： 
在咖啡機的出水管進行安裝，當水箱的水使用完后進行提示

當材料使用完后需要進行提示或者保護
